Why This Hire Makes Sense Right Now
NODWIN isn’t just an Indian esports company anymore. With marquee properties like DreamHack India, the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGMS), and a growing events portfolio across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, the company is operating on a genuinely global scale — and it needs leadership that can match that ambition.
Sonal’s background sits right at the intersection of fandom, live experiences, and community building — which is precisely what separates NODWIN’s best events from the competition. Her mandate will cover strategy, design, and execution of new formats while scaling existing flagship IPs for diverse international audiences.
