NODWIN Gaming Reports ₹116 Crore Revenue in Q1 FY27, Narrows EBITDA Loss by 32%

NODWIN Gaming, an esports and youth entertainment company, today announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY27, reporting consolidated revenue of INR 116 crore. The company also indicated significant improvements in its operating performance, narrowing its EBITDA loss to INR 7.53 crore from INR 11 crore in Q1 FY26, representing a 32% improvement.

Following the cessation of funding to Freaks4U, the company temporarily paused acquisitions to refine its M&A framework and integration processes, focusing on organic business strength. Several business developments are expected to impact performance in upcoming quarters. A global PUBG Mobile property, which occurred in Q1 FY26, has been rescheduled to Q2 FY27. Furthermore, NH7 has transitioned to a licensing model in India to directly enhance profitability, while Comic Con India moved away from minimum guarantee agreements, enabling direct ticket sales that better align revenues and operating costs with event performance, supporting higher attendance.

Esports and Technological Integration

NODWIN Gaming also fortified its position in the global esports ecosystem by being appointed as India’s National Team Partner for the inaugural Esports Nations Cup 2026. The company is supporting Team India’s participation, with the country having qualified across seven titles for the Riyadh Finals.

Operationally, NODWIN deployed over 10 internally developed AI-powered workflow solutions across various departments, including Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, and Production. These initiatives are projected to generate approximately INR 12 crore in cost savings over the next three years. The company’s employee-focused philosophy saw its ESOP program expanded to cover all employees, contributing to an attrition rate below 5%.
