What’s the Film About?

Nobita and his friends head out on an undersea camping trip with Doraemon’s gadgets. They stumble upon the hidden Mu Federation and learn that Poseidon, a rogue AI from ancient Atlantis, has armed a weapon that could destroy Earth. With help from Mu’s El, the gang heads into the Bermuda Triangle to stop it.

It’s classic Doraemon: friendship, wild gadgets and a big adventure. If you’re new to the world of the blue robot cat, Doraemon’s Wikipedia page is a good starting point.

Why It’s Working?

Anime films rarely get this kind of box office love in India, but Doraemon has something most don’t: decades of nostalgia and a loyal audience of families who grew up with the show.
