Yes, you heard it right new Zen 4-powered AMD Ryzen 7000 processors are getting discounted in China as Intel has launched powerful 13th Gen chips to counter AMD. Now, as we know it doesn’t a lot of money to manufacture these processors for AMD, and if they want they can reduce pricing and so they have done this for a limited time in China.

As pointed out by Expreview, some of these new Ryzen 7000 SKUs will get up to 27% cheaper prior to the 11.11 “Singles’ Day” sales. This means all of the launched Ryzen 7000X desktop processors are to receive heavy discounts and could be bundled with X670 motherboards as well.

New AMD Ryzen 7000 series processors get up to 27% cheaper in China

AMD Ryzen 7000 Series limited time sales (Previous – Promo pricing)

Ryzen 9 7950X: ¥5499 ($765) → ¥3999 ($557) → ($208 / 27% cheaper)

Ryzen 9 7900X: ¥4299 ($598) → ¥3299 ($459) → ($139 / 23% cheaper)

Ryzen 7 7700X: ¥2999 ($417) → ¥2299 ($320) → ($97 / 23% cheaper)

Ryzen 5 7600X: ¥2249 ($313) → ¥1699 ($236) → ($77 / 24% cheaper)

As formulated by Videocardz, AMD is significantly lowering prices for a limited time and by up to a massive 27% for the flagship Ryzen 9 5950X. This goes to show AMD can actually discount these Ryzen 7000 chips if they want to and as you see for just $557 this is a better proposition than Intel’s latest chips.

Also, the lower-end Ryzen 5 7600X has also got good discounts to make it available for only $236 which should be a great pricing for what performance it offers. So, from this sale which ofcourse we not recommend to shop from if you do not reside in China but if AMD in future decrease 10-15% pricing on these Ryzen 7000 series then they will be definitely a better buy over the Intel ones.
