Acer Announces New Swift Edge 16 with AMD Ryzen 7040 Series Processors and Wi-Fi 7 

Featuring a stunning 16-inch 3.2K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, the Swift Edge 16 provides true-to-life colors and images. The Windows 11 laptop supports Wi-Fi 7, Microsoft Pluton, and various smart features for fast wireless connectivity and enhanced data security.

With its visually striking design and ultra-thin magnesium alloy chassis measuring only 12.95 mm (0.51 inches) and weighing 1.23 kg (2.71 lbs), the Swift Edge 16 captivates with its olivine black coating. The OLED panel offers cinema-grade viewing with precise colors, a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 500 nits peak brightness, and VESA DisplayHDR™ True Black 500 certification. The TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe®-certified display reduces blue light exposure for comfortable extended viewing.

The Swift Edge 16 maximizes performance and security with the latest AMD Ryzen™ 7040 Series processors, AMD Radeon™ 780M graphics, and AMD Ryzen AI on select models. Microsoft Pluton security processor and Windows Hello fingerprint reader provide enhanced protection and biometric authentication. The laptop offers up to 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 2 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage, and TwinAir cooling technology for efficient operation.
