What We Know About the Story?

Plot details are under wraps, but sources describe a contemporary treasure-hunt tale with a large-scale, puzzle-box structure meant to keep viewers guessing. Expect adventure, ancient mysteries and plenty of twists. Vijay Varma plays the treasure hunter at the heart of the story, and Richa Chadha plays a police officer. Rahul Bhat’s role hasn’t been revealed. Since the series isn’t officially announced, treat these details as reported rather than confirmed.

A Star-Studded Reunion

Varma is a Netflix regular with the most India Originals as a lead, including IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, Darlings and Jaane Jaan. He’s next seen in Family Business. Rahul Bhat earned acclaim in Black Warrant and told Variety India this is a giant project and a heist series unlike anything Indian cinema has attempted. Richa Chadha was last seen in Heeramandi. Ankita Lokhande, a well-known face in Hindi television, makes her streaming debut.

Why It Matters?

Padhi returns to Netflix nearly four years after Jamtara Season 2, shifting from grounded cybercrime to a lavishly mounted adventure. It signals Netflix India’s push toward bigger, high-concept originals.
