Whereas Ubisoft is a French video game company and it’s the fifth largest publicly traded gaming company in America and Europe. This stat is based on revenue and market capitalization.

The mentioned gaming company released a game named Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell back in 2002 and the last one released in 2013 – Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
