Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2 Leaked By PlayStation

PlayStation accidentally revealed Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 2 details ahead of Capcom’s official announcement, confirming fan-favorite monsters and new features arriving June 30th.

Monster Hunter Wilds Gets Major Content Drop This Month

Monster Hunter Wilds’ second free Title Update will launch on June 30, according to a newly added block on the PlayStation.com website. The premature listing spoiled Capcom’s planned reveal for their upcoming showcase on June 26th.

The update brings layered weapons, new event quests and fan-favorite monsters, significantly expanding the game’s content despite recent player count concerns. At the center of Title Update 2 is the long-anticipated return of Lagiacrus, a fan-favorite monster first introduced in Monster Hunter 3.

The leak also reveals Seregios returning alongside Arch-Tempered Uth Duna and layered weapons, giving hunters plenty of new challenges and customization options.

Returning Monsters and New Challenges

The apex predator of Scarlet Forest is powered up and ready to defend its territory in the new Arch-Tempered Uth Duna Event Quest, rewarding players with a unique gamma variant armor set. This enhanced version promises to test even veteran hunters’ skills.

Layered weapons are returning, which is Monster Hunter’s system for allowing players to customize the appearance of their weapons without changing weapon stats or decorations. This beloved feature lets hunters maintain optimal builds while expressing their personal style.

The addition of Lagiacrus and Seregios brings back classic monsters with updated movesets and mechanics, ensuring both nostalgia and fresh gameplay experiences for the community.
