The popularity of this league has significantly increased, leading to a 10-year global broadcast rights contract with Apple. As a result, all matches throughout the entire season will be exclusively available for streaming on Apple TV through the MLS Season Pass. This service can be accessed worldwide without any restrictions or limitations.

What is MLS Season Pass? 

The season pass of MLS is Available in more than 100 countries, Apple TV’s MLS Season Pass App is now available on streaming service with “every live MLS regular-season match, the entire Audi MLS Cup Playoffs and Leagues Cup1 all in one place, with consistent match times and no blackouts,” as per Apple. 

A big update regarding the 2023 MLS regular season is, the league pass runs through October 21. As the playoffs are scheduled from October 25 through December 9. 

As a part of MLS that has boosted its fame in the U.S., is the league’s expansion since the 2005 season. The league has currently added franchises in St. Louis, MO for 2023, and declared a San Diego team has planned to join the league in 2025. Currently, there are 29 teams in the NSL.
