The Spider-Man Puzzle in the MCU

Here’s where things get interesting for Marvel Avengers Doomsday fans. Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire have not been announced for Avengers: Doomsday. Marvel is either keeping them for last-minute surprises or likely saving them for Secret Wars. This strategic silence from Marvel Studios has only fueled more speculation about surprise appearances.

There have been rumours of Maguire’s return since Avengers: Doomsday was first announced, suggesting that Marvel has been planning something special for the web-slinger’s multiverse story.

The Bigger Picture

Whether or not the spider-trio reunites in Marvel Avengers Doomsday, the film promises to be a pivotal moment in the MCU. With the multiverse at stake and familiar faces potentially returning, this could be the most ambitious crossover event since Endgame.
