Love in Disguise Teaser: Yim Si Wan Falls for Seol In Ah’s Undercover Male Persona

A chaebol heir accidentally falling for his own “male” secretary — that’s the deliciously chaotic premise driving the new teaser for Love in Disguise, starring Yim Si Wan and Seol In Ah. The romantic drama, blending murder mystery with mistaken-identity romance, is gearing up for its October 19 premiere.

Love in Disguise: Overview

What the Teaser Reveals?

The clip introduces Yoon Yi Jun, third-generation heir to conglomerate Taegang Group, meticulously grooming himself in his lavish home before testing his new secretary by deliberately dropping an expensive watch. Kang Jae Hee, disguised as a man while investigating him undercover, catches it effortlessly with the discipline of a former soldier, hinting at her hidden skill set.

The Confession That Backfires

In the teaser’s standout moment, Yoon Yi Jun begins confessing his feelings, only to be cut off mid-sentence by Kang Jae Hee’s firm rejection, reminding him she’s currently posing as a man. The awkward, comedic tension sets up the show’s central conflict: an heir falling for someone who can’t reveal her true identity without blowing her cover.

The Premise Behind the Disguise

Love in Disguise follows an arrogant chaebol heir who becomes a murder suspect, prompting a former special forces officer to go undercover as his male personal secretary to investigate him from the inside, setting the stage for a slow-burn romance complicated by secrets and mistaken identity.
