The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 has witnessed some of the most explosive batting performances in the tournament’s history. KL Rahul’s Historic 152*

KL Rahul played arguably the greatest knock by an Indian in IPL history. Now representing the Delhi Capitals, Rahul smashed an unbeaten 152 off just 67 balls against the Punjab Kings on a sweltering afternoon in Delhi.

This innings, which included 16 fours and nine sixes at a strike rate of 226, broke the record for the highest individual score by an Indian batter in the IPL. He also became only the third batter in IPL history to cross the 150-run mark.

The Teenage Sensation: Vaibhav Sooryavanshi

Rajasthan Royals’ 15-year-old prodigy Vaibhav Sooryavanshi took the cricketing world by storm by smashing a 37-ball 103 against Sunrisers Hyderabad. He brought up his century in just 36 balls, making it the third-fastest century in IPL history. In the process, the teenager also broke records to become the youngest player to score 1000 runs in all T20 cricket.
