LG Rollable smartphone received NFC certification

LG had already announced their exit from the smartphone business about a week ago. The last innovation in the smartphone genera of the company has been showcased in CES 2021 back in January, as LG Rollable. LG Rollable was showcased as the company’s first rollable screen smartphone. But after the official announcement of LG’s exit from the smartphone business, everyone was a bit unsure about LG’s upcoming proposed projects. So we were unsure about LG Rollable and the launch was not even confirmed by the company anytime soon.

Surprisingly, earlier today the LG Rollable was seen in the NFC certification. This sudden apperance of the smartphone has made it clear that the company is not ditching its proposed innovations, but it will execute every single device that were announced officially ahead of their official exit from the business. The code name mentione in the certification is LM-R910VM.

Nothing much is known about the phone since the first debut in CES 2021. Ever since the phone has stayed in shadows and never has been documented in any certification as well for the last few months. Now as the phone arrives it seems that the phone is really destined to be the smartphone of the future with futuristic technologies that LG provides to the mass.

Check out the LG Rollable that never got to see daylight

A recent listing on Safety Korea, unearthed by tipster @FrontTron on Twitter reveals a live image of the alleged LG Rollable from its testing phase has surfaced. The device we can see in the photo has curved screen and what appears to be a selfie camera in the left corner. Sadly, we only get a single image of the device in its non-expanded form.
