Lava Prowatch X Launching in India on February 15, Likely Priced Under ₹7,500

Lava’s teaser image has been leaked showing a round dial with 2 other buttons on the right-hand side indicating a traditional yet practical design. Introduction of a feature set called Fit360 degrees on the Prowatch X, which includes Heart Rate Variability, Body Energy Monitoring, and VO2 Max. The VO2 Max measurement is one of the most critical fitness metrics that give an accurate idea of an individual’s cardiovascular fitness levels. This data is used to help users analyze their endurance, providing an invaluable accessory for athletes and fitness-minded persons seeking higher levels of performance.

It is rumored to provide data-driven insights for activities such as running, cycling, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The Body Energy Monitoring feature will also keep track of your heart rate variability (HRV), stress, sleep quality, and daily physical activity. The Prowatch X will, meanwhile, keep track of all these metrics in real time, giving the user an overall view of his/her energy levels, thus helping the user better manage his/her workout routines. These cutting-edge health-tracking features are generally found on premium smartwatches and the Prowatch X is, on its price, a compelling competitor.

This comes after the launch of the Prowatch ZN, Prowatch VN, and Prowatch V1 by the brand at ₹2,599, ₹1,999, and ₹2,399 respectively. One of these is the Prowatch V1, which has an AMOLED display, IP68 water and dust resistance rating, and a 2.5D GPU Animation Engine that enables smoother transitions during user interaction. With the launch just days away, more details about the Prowatch X are expected to be revealed soon.
