KRAFTON brings India-Korea Invitational Global Esports Championship

Further bolstering its efforts towards creating a global esports landscape in India, KRAFTON, makers of the widely popular mobile game BGMI are thrilled to announce a global esports championship titled India-Korea Invitational. This celebration of Esports is taking place from the 26th to 28th October 2023 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Eight top-tier Esports teams from India will play against the top-rated esports teams from Korea, in BGMI, Road To Valor: Empires, and other key esports titles for a generous prize pool of INR 10,000,000.

The tournament promises intense clashes, a promising display of skill, and a thrilling experience that only Esports can deliver. As a testament to the importance and recognition of this event, senior government officials from both India and Korea will be joining to extend their support to this one-of-a-kind event. The event promises to be a fusion of gaming and culture and reiterates KRAFTON’s commitment to nurturing and celebrating the talent of India’s growing Esports community.

The breakdown of the prize pool is as follows:

  • BGMI INVITATIONAL: INR 10,000,000
  • RTV Empires: INR 1,000,000
  • Real Cricket’22: TBD
  • Cosplay: INR 500,000
