Tough Competition, Mixed Reviews

Khalifa is up against a direct box office clash with Nivin Pauly’s Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, releasing the same week. Adding to the pressure, the film has received mixed word-of-mouth from early viewers, which could affect its run over the coming days. All eyes are now on how it holds through the weekend — a crucial test, since Prithviraj hasn’t landed a solo Clean Hit in a while.

The film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh, Malvika Sharma, and Mohanlal in a pivotal role as the lead character’s grandfather, along with Renji Panicker, Indrans, and Mohini in supporting parts.
