Jude Bellingham overtakes Cristiano Ronaldo with 14th LaLiga goal for Real Madrid

Jude Bellingham’s start to life at Real Madrid has been nothing short of sensational. And the Englishman has now overtaken one of the greatest players in the history of the club, in one impressive metric. The youngster has now scored the most goals after 15 games in the history of the club.

His tally of 14 is higher than that of Real Madrid’s all-time top goalscorer, Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as the iconic Alfredo di Stefano, both of whom scored 13.

Jude Bellingham writes himself into Real Madrid history books with new record

After a minor injury that kept him out for the international break, the midfielder returned to the starting line-up for the game against Cadiz. And he didn’t miss a single step, scoring the third goal as Madrid achieved a 3-0 win over the weekend.

Considering Los Blancos paid upwards of €120 million to Borussia Dortmund for the player, they are reaping the rewards right away, unlike many other big-money moves that have failed to pay off around them.

Although not a forward, Jude Bellingham’s goalscoring form has been one of the best in all of Europe. With Vinicius Jr out injured, the burden of finding the back of the net is heavier on his shoulders. And if his recent form is any indication, he will be able to take it up just fine.
