iQOO unveiled its latest flagship smartphones, the iQOO 7 and the iQOO 7 Legend in India a few days ago. Now, it looks like the company is prepping up for the launch of a mid-range smartphone – iQOO Z3. This particular handset in the past has also cleared the BIS certification. Now, according to a recent report, the iQOO Z3 has received the IMEI certification, which does suggest that its launch is imminent in India soon. The iQOO Z3 that is registered in the IMEI database carries the model number the V2073A.
iQOO Z3 Specifications
The iQOO Z3 was first launched in China back in March. This iQOO Z3 boasts specifications such as the Snapdragon 768 processor, a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD waterdrop display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, 4,400mAh battery with support for 55W fast charging, and triple cameras.
There’s a screen resolution of 2408 × 1080 pixels that offers 401PPI pixel density, supports HDR, has a 90.61 percent screen-body ratio, covers 96 percent NTSC color gamut, and has a 1500:1 contrast ratio.
In terms of optics, the Z3 sports a triple-camera setup. The device features a 64MP primary camera sensor. The other two sensors the phone incorporate are an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video-calling, the phone houses a 16-megapixel camera. Connectivity-wise, the device offers dual-SIM support, 5G, WiFi 802.11 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. The phone comes in Deep Space Black, Cloud Oxygen Blue, and Nebula Gradient colour option.
In China, the iQOO Z3 is priced at CNY 1,699 (~Rs 19,000) for the 6GB + 128GB model, with the 8GB + 128GB model priced at CNY 1,799 (~Rs 20,000) and the top-of-the-line variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage having a price tag of CNY 1,999 (~Rs 22,500).
