Not every member makes it to every stage, and this time, fans are getting some bittersweet news. Kim Myung Soo (L) of INFINITE will be sitting out the group’s upcoming fan meeting tour, “INFINITE Rally V,” due to a scheduling clash with his ongoing drama filming commitments.

What’s the Real Story Here?

On July 7, Kim Myung Soo’s agency Look Media announced he would be unable to participate in the fan meeting due to scheduling conflicts. According to the agency’s statement, the actor genuinely wanted to be part of the event and had been coordinating closely with the other members to try and make it work around his unpredictable drama shoot schedule. Unfortunately, as filming dates kept shifting, adjusting around them became impossible, and the group collectively decided he’d have to sit this one out.

The agency was careful to frame this as a heartfelt, mutual decision rather than a simple absence, acknowledging how much fans have been looking forward to seeing INFINITE together as a full group again. While he won’t be physically present, the statement noted he’ll be supporting the tour and the members wholeheartedly from a distance.
