HyLyt prepares for expansion plan by building up Human Resources

New Delhi, 06 December 2021: HyLyt, the secure, simple, consolidated platform for the management of Information and data is in the process of building up its talent pool at the highest level and thus adding more value to the products and enabling HyLyt as the smartest data management tool. As the start-up aims to leverage digital technology to help manage digital data overload smartly and efficiently, it plans to generate 2.5 billion man-hours of additional productive time by 2025, allowing users to save and manage all their important information using one app. 

Briefing on the strategic appointments, Rajat Singhania, Founder of SocioRAC, HyLyt said, “We are planning to test the Dubai and US market with our offering along with some planned states in India. We believe that the right manpower and leadership can distinctly pave the way for growth. The leadership team that we have put together currently is crucial and we are looking forward to the onward journey of HyLyt.”

The platform has recently added Jayesh Gadia, previous business head of Vodafone Gujarat to enable the commercial development plans. Jayesh is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and started his professional career with Modi Xerox Ltd. He has proven competence in scaling up business into sustainable and profitable operations and have managed operations that were among the largest for the company in terms of revenues and manpower. He has demonstrated excellence in conceptualizing and driving strategies leading to top-line growth and bottom-line improvement and has 30 years of work experience.

Aiding the expansion plan of HyLyt in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune and Chennai, the new appointees are expected to play a pivotal role.

The second appointment in leadership position is Ranjan Dhar, who is an experienced professional with over three decades of experience in the IT industry. He has managed business in manufacturing, telecom, financial and government verticals and has worked with global IT majors like IBM, Symantec, Oracle, SAP in leadership roles. He has been a part of the Asia Pacific leadership team at Symantec & SAP. His most recent employment was with Ingram Micro, managing enterprise B2B business.

Muthukumar Vaidyanathan, a strategic appointment by HyLyt is a dynamic change executive with more than 25 years of expertise in ICT strategy, planning, delivery and operations. Passionate about identifying business problems that can be solved through IT, focusing on user experience and satisfaction, he believes that ‘no one person can have all the answers” and hence continuously seeks and maintains a partnership ecosystem. Vadyanathan believes that HyLyt’s core idea on enriching unstructured data/ content to make them easily findable will inspires him to explore endless opportunities.
