Huawei Mate 80 Series & Mate X7 Launch Date

Device	Launch Date	Expected Processor	Key Feature

Mate X7	November 25, 2025	Kirin 9030	7.95-inch 2K foldable display

What to Expect from Huawei Mate 80 Series

The Mate 80 lineup will succeed last year’s Mate 70 series, potentially including models like the Mate 80 Pro Max instead of a Plus variant. A recent teaser from Huawei CEO Yu Chengdong showcased a stunning gold-finished device with a distinctive circular camera module and what appears to be a magnetic attachment system—Huawei’s answer to wireless accessories.

Under the hood, both devices are rumored to pack the new Kirin 9030 chipset with up to 20GB RAM, ensuring powerhouse performance for demanding users. The Mate series continues to define Huawei’s premium smartphone ambitions.

Mate X7: Foldable Excellence Redefined

The Mate X7 follows the acclaimed Mate X6, promising a major design overhaul. Early leaks suggest a massive 7.95-inch inner display with 2K resolution, perfect for multitasking and media consumption. Huawei’s foldable technology continues pushing boundaries in the competitive foldable smartphone segment.

With the launch just days away, November 25 marks an exciting day for Huawei enthusiasts. Both devices showcase Huawei’s commitment to innovation despite global market challenges.
