LS Pounders License Plate: Everything You Need to Know

Method	Difficulty	Time Required	Reward
Weekly Robbery Challenge	Medium	30-45 mins	LS Pounders Plate
Nightclub Reputation Tasks	Easy	1-2 hours	Progression Toward Plate
Gang Territory Control	Hard	1-2 hours	Bonus Points & Rewards
Batting Practice Challenges	Medium	45 mins	Direct Unlock Path
Vehicle Customization	Easy	10 mins	Display Ready

The Quickest Path: Weekly Robbery Challenge

This is your golden ticket. The Weekly Robbery Challenge is specifically featured this week (October 16-22, 2025), and it directly awards LS Pounders progression. You’re looking at a medium difficulty run that takes roughly 30-45 minutes.

How it works: Head to your arcade or agency and start the robbery. Complete all objectives without failing. You’ll get substantial points toward the license plate immediately. The beauty? You can retry if you mess up, and the timer resets weekly. This is legitimately the fastest method if you’ve got solid aim and situational awareness.

Pro tip: Bring a crew. Robberies are easier with backup, and you’ll finish faster with friends watching your six.

Climbing the Ranks: Nightclub Reputation Method

If robberies aren’t your style, the Nightclub path is your chill alternative. This method takes longer but requires way less sweat. You’re essentially grinding reputation points through club activities.

The grind: Complete missions for your nightclub manager, host events, and build your club’s popularity. Each task gives you reputation points. Once you hit a certain threshold, boom—LS Pounders plate unlocks. It’s repetitive but low-stress, making it perfect for afk’ing while binge-watching your favorite show.

Territory Control: High Risk, High Reward

Gang territory control is the hardest path but rewards impatient players. You’re defending territory from rival gangs while earning massive bonus points toward the plate.

The challenge: Expect intense PvP action. Bring armor, snacks, and a good weapon loadout. One mistake and you’re respawning. However, if you nail the territory defense, you’ll rack up points faster than any other method. Best for experienced GTA Online grinders who thrive under pressure.

Batting Practice Challenges: The Hidden Gem

Here’s the sleeper pick—Batting Practice Challenges. Most players sleep on this, but it’s actually a direct unlock path for the LS Pounders plate.

What you do: Head to the batting cages scattered across the map and complete timed challenges. Hit a certain score threshold, and portion of your plate reward unlocks. You need to complete five challenges to fully unlock it, but each one’s quick—about 10 minutes each.

This method flies under the radar because it’s not flashy, but speedrunners swear by it.

Installing Your New Plate: The Victory Lap

Once you’ve unlocked the LS Pounders plate, head to any Los Custom garage. Enter the customization menu, select “License Plate,” and choose LS Pounders from your inventory. Boom. You’re now officially flexing one of the rarest plates this week.

Display it with pride. Head to the pier, cruise down Del Perro Boulevard, and watch players notice your exclusive setup. Customization is everything in GTA Online.

Time Is Ticking: Event Duration

This specific plate is only available during the October 16-22 weekly update window. After that, it cycles out for new collectibles. Miss this window, and you’ll have to wait for Rockstar to cycle it back around. Don’t procrastinate.

Check the official Rockstar Games site for exact event end times and upcoming weekly updates.

FAQs

Q: Can I grind all methods simultaneously to unlock the plate faster?

A: Yes! Progress from robberies, nightclub tasks, and batting challenges all stack toward the same license plate unlock. Mix and match methods based on your mood. Doing all three simultaneously cuts your grind time by roughly 40%, making it possible to unlock within 2-3 hours.

Q: Does the LS Pounders plate transfer between characters?

A: No. Each character grinds independently. If you have multiple characters, you’ll need to complete the challenges separately for each one. However, once unlocked on one character, it stays permanently available on that character’s car customization menu.
