Housefull 5, Akshay Kumar‘s new movie, gets a new release date. Sajid Nadiadwala is in charge of producing the movie. Tarun Mansukhani will be in charge of directing it. The movie was earlier scheduled to be released in theaters on Diwali 2024. But recently, a new release date was announced.

On 4th December 2023, Akshay Kumar took to his social media accounts and shared the new release date. The release date of Housefull 5 has been pushed to 2025 and has promises for its VFX work. He has also assured fans “five times” more entertainment this time and said, “5 times the entertainment is on its way! See you in cinemas on 6th June 2025”.

The official statement from the makers read, “The Houseful! franchise owes its massive success to the audiences, and we hope for a similar reception for Houseful! 5. The team has crafted a mind-blowing story that demands top-notch VFX. Therefore, we’ve decided to push the release to ensure we deliver five times the entertainment with a great cinematic experience.”

Earlier, the makers of the movie confirmed only one cast name. Riteish Deshmukh is the first cast member of the movie Housefull 5, he has constant in the franchise since 2010 along with Akshay Kumar. It is expected that they will be returning with a new cast most likely.
