Hisense Showcases RGB MiniLED Tech at CES 2026

Hisense unveiled next-generation display technology at CES 2026 under the theme “Innovating a Brighter Life,” featuring the industry-first RGB MiniLED evo with cyan fourth LED, XR10 laser projector, and FIFA World Cup 2026 Elite Collection recognized by FIFA President Gianni Infantino.

Origin of RGB MiniLED Innovation

Hisense CES 2026 Highlights

Revolutionary Four-LED Backlight System

The centerpiece 116UXS RGB MiniLED TV features RGB MiniLED evo—the first system-level evolution adding Sky Blue-Cyan as a fourth LED to traditional RGB backlighting. This completes missing portions of the natural light spectrum where human vision is most sensitive.

With advanced 134-bit color control and 110% BT.2020 coverage, the technology delivers professional-grade color accuracy. The cyan addition enables faithful reproduction of skies, water, and cyan-green tones often missing in conventional displays, while reducing harmful blue light exposure by up to 80% for comfortable long-term viewing.

Home Cinema Excellence

The globally debuting XR10 Laser Projector delivers 6,000 ANSI lumens brightness with TriChroma laser technology, enabling immersive projections up to 300 inches. This positions Hisense strongly in the premium home cinema segment for viewers seeking theater-quality experiences.

The UR8 and UR9 series bring flagship-level RGB MiniLED performance to mainstream sizes from 55 to 100 inches, making advanced display technology accessible across broader audiences and price points.

FIFA World Cup 2026 Partnership

Hisense showcased its Elite Collection for FIFA World Cup 2026, recognized by a delegation led by FIFA President Gianni Infantino. The collection integrates large-screen TVs and laser projectors designed to enhance both professional match operations and home viewing experiences during the tournament.

As official sponsor of FIFA World Cup 2026, Hisense leverages global sports partnerships to connect with audiences worldwide while demonstrating display technology capabilities in high-profile settings.

Four CES Innovation Awards

Hisense’s CES 2026 presence earned four Innovation Awards, including Best of Innovation honors for the 163 MX display and X-zone Master smart appliance. These accolades recognize Hisense’s leadership across display and home appliance categories through human-centric innovation.

India Market Strategy

Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India, noted that India is witnessing rapid shifts toward larger screens, smarter appliances, and more connected home experiences. As the Origin of RGB MiniLED, Hisense was first to introduce this technology and continues leading large-screen display evolution through system-level innovations.

The innovations showcased at CES 2026 reflect commitment to bringing globally advanced, human-centric technologies to Indian consumers in the near future, supported by expanding offline retail presence and customer-centric services.

Hisense maintains the No. 1 global position in the 100-inch-and-above TV segment for consecutive years (Omdia 2023-Q3 2025).
