Hisense has launched its E8S 144Hz ULED Mini-LED TV series in India, making the new lineup available exclusively through e-commerce platforms. The series aims to provide advanced display and audio features, targeting consumers seeking performance-oriented entertainment options.

The introduction of the E8S series follows Hisense’s U7SE launch, which focused on offline retail. This new online-only strategy positions the E8S for a distinct segment of the Indian market.

Hisense Display and Picture Processing

At the core of the E8S series is **Hisense’s** advanced ULED Mini-LED technology. This display incorporates Full Array Local Dimming, which adjusts brightness across numerous zones to enhance contrast and detail. The TVs also feature Hi-QLED Colour technology, engineered to provide accurate color reproduction and improved brightness levels.

Picture processing is managed by the proprietary Hi-View AI Engine. This processor optimizes image quality, contrast, and color in real-time. An enhanced version, the Hi-View AI Engine Pro, is included in the 85-inch variant, designed for further clarity and detail refinement.

Gaming and Audio Capabilities

For gaming, the E8S series offers a native 144Hz refresh rate. This specification aims to deliver fluid visuals and reduce motion blur during gameplay.

The audio system integrates a built-in subwoofer tuned by Devialet. This configuration is intended to produce defined bass and room-filling sound, potentially reducing the need for supplementary audio equipment.

Smart Features and Connectivity

The E8S lineup operates on the VIDAA Smart OS, offering users a streamlined interface for navigation and application access. Additional features include Hi-QLED Colour with Pantone Validation for color accuracy, a comprehensive HDR suite that supports HDR10+ Adaptive, Dolby Vision IQ, and Filmmaker Mode. An AI RGB Light Sensor adjusts picture settings according to ambient room lighting, and hands-free voice control provides an alternative interaction method.

Pankaj Rana, CEO of Hisense India, stated that the E8S series extends the company’s commitment to delivering Mini-LED technology to the online market. “The E8S delivers the complete MiniLED experience from immersive picture quality and intelligent AI optimisation to next-generation gaming and powerful sound,” Rana commented.

Pricing and Availability

The Hisense E8S ULED Mini-LED TV series is available at an introductory price starting at INR 57,990. It is offered in screen sizes of 55”, 65”, 75”, and 85”. The series will be sold exclusively via major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart. Launch promotions include No Cost EMI options for up to 18 months and an inaugural discount for early buyers.
