Indian Kitchens Finally Have a Chimney That Can Keep Up — Hindware’s Cosima Plus DLX BLDC Does It All, Quietly

If you’ve ever tried having a conversation while someone’s deep-frying pakoras nearby, you know the struggle. Hindware Smart Appliances has just launched the Cosima Plus DLX BLDC Chimney — and it’s designed specifically to solve every frustration Indian home cooks have with kitchen chimneys.

Hindware’s Cosima Plus DLX BLDC — Key Specs

Power That Matches Indian Cooking

Let’s be honest — Indian cooking is intense. Tadkas, deep frying, grilling, multiple burners going at once. Most chimneys struggle to keep up. The Cosima Plus DLX BLDC tackles this head-on with a suction capacity of up to 1,600 m³/h, one of the highest available in its class, paired with a wide body design and jumbo filter for broader coverage and faster smoke removal.

Whether you’re whipping up a light stir-fry or going all-in on a Sunday biryani spread, this chimney clears the air effectively so your kitchen — and your clothes — stay fresh.

Quiet Power: The BLDC Difference

The real game-changer here is the Inverter BLDC motor. Unlike conventional motors that get louder under load, this motor maintains strong suction while keeping noise levels low and energy consumption down. You can actually have a conversation while cooking — a small thing that makes a surprisingly big difference in daily kitchen life.

Nine turbo speed levels plus a dedicated boost mode give users precise control over suction intensity, adjusting seamlessly from gentle simmering to heavy frying without manual guesswork.

Smart Features That Make Life Easier

This is where the Cosima Plus DLX truly earns its “smart” label. Motion Sensor Technology enables completely hands-free operation — a simple wave adjusts settings without touching any buttons, keeping things hygienic even mid-cooking when your hands are covered in masala.

Maintenance anxiety? Gone. The Filterless Technology with Thermal Auto-Clean and one-touch cleaning dramatically reduces the effort needed to keep the chimney performing at its best. No more dreading the monthly filter scrub — grease buildup is handled automatically, ensuring consistent suction performance over time.

The dual-colour tone display adds to the intuitive experience with clear visibility and an easy interface that anyone in the household can use comfortably.

Built to Last — Warranty That Means It

Hindware backs the Cosima Plus DLX with a 5-year comprehensive warranty and an industry-leading 15-year warranty on the BLDC motor. That kind of confidence in the product’s durability is exactly what long-term buyers need to hear before making an appliance investment.

As kitchen appliance technology continues evolving rapidly in India, the Cosima Plus DLX BLDC positions itself as a well-thought-out option for modern homes that demand performance, convenience, and longevity in equal measure.
