Gumraah: Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur’s Magnificent Thriller film will unveil several mysteries

Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur’s much-awaited murder mystery film, ‘Gumraah‘. The makers have just dropped the new trailer for the movie. At first, the film was set to release on 23^rd  March 2023. In this film, we will see Aditya Roy Kapur and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. The two superstars collaborate this time for the crime thriller that will mark Aditya and Mrunal’s first collaboration with each other. 

In the film, Aditya will be seen playing a double role for the first time. The Bollywood fitness icon once again comes to boost the dopamine level to another extent. In this film, you will see Aditya Roy Kapoor will give a power pack combat. In this film, Mrunal Thakur has also not in backward as she will also give a power pack action sequence.   

Gumraah: Plot  

The brand-new teaser starts with Aditya’s monologue in which he is promising to avenge someone. He is speaking about taking revenge for all the pain and beating he has endured. In this, we will also see Aditya becomes another character who unveils himself embroiled in a case. Mrunal will appear as the police officer in the movie who is hell-bent on finding the culprit.

Gumraah is definitely a remake of the 2019 Tamil film Thadam,  that had directed by Magizh Thirumeni. The film features Arun Vijay, Vidya Pradeep, Tanya Hope, and Smruthi Venkat.  

In the beginning, Aditya had spoken about Thadam and said, “As an actor, getting a chance to do a double role is double the preparation and double the challenge, and I’m certainly up for it!” Ronit Roy also stars in the film, directed by debutant Vardhan Kelkar.  

Gumraah: Release Date  

Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur’s power pack crime thriller film will hit the theatres on 7^th April 2023.
