Fujifilm Launches instax mini Evo Cinema™ Hybrid Camera at ₹47,999

FUJIFILM India has unveiled the instax mini Evo Cinema™, a hybrid instant camera that captures both videos and still images while transforming them into tangible instant prints. The camera blends analog aesthetics with digital functionality, letting users turn 15-second videos into instax prints complete with QR codes for playback.

Product Details at a Glance

What Makes It Unique

Video-to-Print Functionality: The standout feature is the ability to convert videos into instant prints with embedded QR codes. Capture a 15-second video, select your favorite frame, and print it as an instax photo with a QR code. Scanning the code lets anyone replay the video with an instax frame or download it for social sharing.

Eras Dial™ Effects: The camera includes 10 era-inspired effects like “1960” (8mm film aesthetic) and “1970” (color CRT television texture). Each effect offers 10 adjustable levels for 100 unique expressions. Audio processing adds distinctive sound characteristics, with certain effects playing nostalgic sounds like film reel whirs during shooting.

Analog-Inspired Design: The vertical grip design pays homage to Fujifilm’s FUJICA Single-8 from 1965. The tactile Eras Dial delivers satisfying clicks with every turn, while the Print Lever mimics the feel of hand-winding film. An included viewfinder accessory and grip attachment enhance the shooting experience.

3-in-1 Functionality

Via the dedicated app (iOS/Android), the instax mini Evo Cinema™ serves triple duty:

1. Video Camera: Capture and edit clips up to 30 seconds with cinematic opening/ending templates
2. Still Camera: Shoot instant photos with creative effects
3. Smartphone Printer: Print photos directly from your phone using Direct Print function

“The instax mini Evo Cinema™ is designed for a new generation of creators who enjoy experimenting with formats and storytelling styles,” says Arun Babu, Associate Director at FUJIFILM India. “From video-to-print functionality to premium analog-inspired design, the camera offers creative flexibility while remaining intuitive and fun to use.”
