Ranabaali : Final Verdict

Area-Wise Breakdown

What Went Wrong?

Telugu markets did the heavy lifting, bringing in about Rs 54.5 crore. Karnataka and the rest of India added relatively little, and overseas markets were modest.

According to report, the film’s production costs were high, so it couldn’t recover its investment. Mixed word-of-mouth was cited as a major reason. A warmer audience reception might have changed the story, as the film’s early momentum shows. Pinkvilla’s first-week report had it past Rs 48 crore, but it needed strong trends to keep going.

The big question now is when Vijay Deverakonda finds his next big box-office comeback.
