The New Task Board System Explained

The revamped Task Board replaces the old daily task system with a streamlined approach that rewards consistency. Located in the main game area, this board offers three unique tasks that refresh every 24 hours, making daily logins incredibly rewarding.

How It Works:

Complete Task 1: Earn 25 Bucks
Complete Task 2: Earn 25 Bucks
Complete Task 3: Earn 25 Bucks
Finish All Three: Receive 1 Free Aztec Egg
Unlock Bonus Quest: Earn an additional 100 Bucks

This system guarantees that dedicated players can expand their pet collection daily without spending real money. The Aztec Egg previously appeared in August 2025 and contains rare pets like Quetzalcoatl and Temple Friend, making this daily reward exceptionally valuable.

Meet the Shih Tzu: Your New Companion

The adorable Shih Tzu joins the Pet Shop as an Uncommon-tier pet that resembles its real-life counterpart. At just 975 Bucks for the standard version, it’s an affordable addition to any collection. Collectors seeking Neon or Mega variants can purchase them directly at premium prices, though raising your own through aging remains the cost-effective route.

Pricing Breakdown:

Standard Shih Tzu: 975 Bucks
Neon Shih Tzu: 3,900 Bucks
Mega Shih Tzu: 15,600 Bucks

The Shih Tzu’s affordability makes it perfect for beginners building their first pet collection while offering experienced players another pet to add to their trading portfolio.

Maximizing Your Daily Rewards

Smart players can earn 175 Bucks plus a free Aztec Egg every day by following this routine:

Log in daily to access fresh Task Board quests
Complete all three daily tasks (75 Bucks total)
Claim your free Aztec Egg reward
Tackle the bonus quest for an extra 100 Bucks
Repeat consistently to build your rare pet collection

The Aztec Egg alone makes this system worthwhile, as it contains pets that typically require significant investment or trading to obtain. Over a week, you’ll collect seven Aztec Eggs—enough to dramatically expand your rare pet roster.

Why This Update Matters

Previous task systems in Adopt Me offered modest rewards, but this update fundamentally changes the value proposition of daily play. The guaranteed Aztec Egg transforms casual daily logins into strategic collection-building sessions, particularly for free-to-play players.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Pets Can I Get From the Daily Free Aztec Egg?

The Aztec Egg contains two rare pets from the August 2025 Aztec Temple Trek Event: Quetzalcoatl and Temple Friend. Both pets are highly sought after in the trading community due to their limited availability and unique designs inspired by Aztec mythology. The Quetzalcoatl features vibrant feathered serpent aesthetics, while the Temple Friend offers a mystical companion design. Since these eggs were previously only available during a limited-time event, getting one free daily represents exceptional value. Hatching seven eggs per week significantly increases your chances of obtaining both pets, and any duplicates become valuable trading assets for acquiring other rare pets you might be missing from your collection.

Do I Need to Complete Tasks in a Specific Order?

No, the new Task Board system offers complete flexibility in how you approach your daily quests. You can complete the three tasks in any order based on your current gameplay session and preferences. For example, if one task requires visiting a specific location and another asks you to feed pets, you can optimize your route by completing them based on proximity rather than list order. The system only tracks completion status—not sequence. However, you must finish all three tasks within the same 24-hour period to receive the free Aztec Egg reward. The bonus 100 Bucks quest automatically unlocks only after you’ve checked off all three primary task.
