Sometimes the best scenes happen when the cameras aren’t supposed to be rolling. tvN’s Four Hands, Two Sonatas just released a making-of video for episodes 9 and 10, and it shows a cast that clearly enjoys each other’s company as much as fans enjoy watching them.

The drama is currently on its final-week run, so this behind-the-scenes peek arrives at the perfect moment for viewers who are emotionally invested.

Four Hands, Two Sonatas: Behind-the-Scenes Moments

Moment	What Happened
Music-sheet close-up	Lee Jun Young wandered the room chatting about sunlight and dust while Song Kang read the sheets; the two ended with hugs
“Urgent work” joke	Lee Jun Young told Jang Gyuri he also had “urgent work,” making the whole set laugh
Between takes	Jang Gyuri played the piano; she and Song Kang took turns photographing each other
Anger scene	Lee Jun Young told the camera “I’m nice” before delivering a realistic outburst
Airing schedule	Saturdays and Sundays, 9:10 p.m. KST (5:40 p.m. IST)

The Charm of the Details

Warm hugs, wrapped scenes. After the close-up of Song Kang studying the music sheets, the two actors finished the day’s filming for Lee Jun Young with hugs. It’s a small gesture, but it says a lot about the mood on set.

Comedy in a quiet moment. In one scene, Lee Jun Young and Jang Gyuri are the only two left after Song Kang and Kim Joo Hun exit according to the script. His joking line about having urgent work broke up the crew.

Piano and photos. Jang Gyuri playing with the piano suits a drama built around music, while the photo swapping with Song Kang adds a friendly touch.

A disarming intensity. Before the scene where his character lashes out at Song Kang’s, Lee Jun Young reassured the making-of camera that he’s a nice person. He then delivered such a convincing display of anger that he earned praise.

Why It Matters?

Making-of clips are a reminder that emotionally heavy scenes are often filmed among jokes and hugs. The drama has also topped weekly buzz rankings, so the bonus content should keep fans engaged through the finale.
