Chapter 6 Season 4 Context: Bug Wars Continue

The v37.10 update arrives mid-season as players continue battling through the bug-infested island. Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 transformed the island into a bug-infested warzone as players were forced into a war against swarms of insects, with new POIs and weapons at their disposal.

The season’s Power Rangers collaboration and upcoming Dino Megazord outfit (available September 16th) complement the new anime and music content perfectly.

Free Rewards and Battle Pass Updates

Non-Battle Pass holders have something special to look forward to! For this Season, non-Battle Pass holders who reach Level 100 will unlock the UNSC Spartan Outfit for free starting August 26. This Halo-inspired reward provides additional incentive for casual players.

Timeline and Availability

Season 10 of Fortnite Festival is expected to run from August 26 to October 14. If past seasons are anything to go by, Fortnite fans can expect the Gorillaz skins to be released at 4:00 AM EDT on August 26.

The shorter season duration suggests Epic Games is accelerating content delivery to maintain player engagement through the competitive autumn gaming period.

What This Means for Fortnite’s Future

These collaborations demonstrate Fortnite’s commitment to diverse pop culture integration, spanning virtual bands, anime, and superhero franchises. The success of Festival mode with major artists like Gorillaz positions music as a core pillar of the Fortnite experience.
