FAQs

Q: Will Mister Terrific and Engineer skins have special abilities or powers in-game?

A: No, these skins are purely cosmetic and don’t provide gameplay advantages. However, Chapter 6 Season 3’s “Super” theme suggests that superhero abilities will be available to all players through map-based mechanics or special items, regardless of which skin they’re wearing. The characters will likely feature unique emotes, animations, and visual effects that reflect their comic book abilities, but won’t give competitive advantages.

Q: Are these skins likely to return to the Item Shop after their initial release?

A: Based on Epic Games’ pattern with DC collaborations, these skins will likely return periodically, especially during major DC events or comic book-themed updates. However, their first appearance is typically the best time to purchase, as return dates are unpredictable. Unlike Battle Pass exclusive items, Item Shop skins do eventually return, but it could be months between appearances. We recommend purchasing during the initial release if you’re interested.
