What’s new in FinX Season 2

FinX has launched Season 2 of the Franklin Templeton National Mutual Fund Olympiad (FTNMFO) 2026, with Groww on board as Knowledge Partner and support from the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India and FPA Edutech. After its inaugural edition drew over 10,000 students from 400+ colleges, this season is aiming much higher.

Who’s already signed up

Season 2 has already pulled in participants from institutions like IIM Bangalore, IIM Indore, IIM Vizag, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Dhanbad, VIT Vellore, IIFT Kolkata, DTU, BITS Goa, Christ University, and Lady Shri Ram College. That lineup alone signals how seriously campuses are treating financial literacy as a competitive, credential-worthy skill now — not just a nice-to-have elective topic.

The Olympiad runs as a structured, multi-level assessment covering investment fundamentals, mutual fund products, financial planning, market concepts, and emerging investment avenues.
