“Filing for Love”: The K-Drama That Turns Office Audits Into Unexpected Romance Gold

Picture this: She’s the feared “youngest female executive” who tolerates zero mistakes. He’s the charming audit ace demoted for getting too comfortable. Together? They’re hunting office scandals while falling head-over-heels for each other. Welcome to “Filing for Love,” tvN’s refreshingly cheeky K-drama premiering April 25 that feels like The Office met Korean workplace charm.

What’s the Buzz All About?

The drama centers on Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun), a brutally honest audit team leader with a reputation sharper than her pencil collection. She’s so feared, colleagues actually avoid her in the hallway. Then enters Noh Ki Joon (Gong Myoung)—a formerly elite auditor suddenly banished to Joo In Ah’s chaotic “Audit Team 3” after one fateful assignment.

Why This Drama Hits Different

Here’s what makes “Filing for Love” the dark horse you didn’t know you needed: It takes the mundane world of corporate auditing and transforms it into comedy gold. Imagine investigating stolen office supplies or tracking who keeps stealing yogurt from the break room—but making it entertaining.

The production team promises “bittersweet and refreshing struggles” alongside genuine character depth. These aren’t just rom-com archetypes; they’re messy, complex people navigating workplace politics while denying obvious chemistry.

The Poster’s Secret Message

That teasing poster reads: “Reporting an office affair” front and center, with “Exposing the audit team leader” hidden on the back. Translation? Drama is brewing on multiple fronts. Will Joo In Ah’s secret unravel? Can they investigate misconduct objectively while being absolutely terrible at hiding their feelings?

Why You Should Tune In

Korean workplace dramas have earned serious street cred.
