A Glimpse into the Desert World

During Gamescom, attendees were treated to a 5-minute exclusive gameplay reveal of Dune: Awakening. This sneak peek showcased the player’s journey from a humble scavenger to a powerful figure commanding an entire guild.

The harsh desert landscape, teeming with colossal sandworms, will pose constant threats to survival. To navigate this unforgiving environment, players must master the survival techniques of the Fremen, a nomadic people deeply intertwined with the desert’s ecosystem.

Crafting Your Destiny

Dune: Awakening allows players to shape their own narrative through a variety of paths. By choosing from classes like Mentat, Trooper, Planetologist, Swordmaster, or Bene Gesserit, players can develop unique skills and abilities.

The game’s emphasis on player choice extends beyond character development, as players will have the opportunity to influence the spice trade, engage in combat, and expand their bases.

Guild Warfare and Spice Control

In the world of Dune, power is deeply tied to the control of spice. Players will find themselves caught in the midst of a fierce battle for dominance between House Harkonnen and House Atreides.

By joining a guild and aligning with one of these houses, players can participate in dynamic guild battles involving various vehicles, technology, and specialized fighters.
