Elista Snowstorm Air Cooler Series Launched in India for Summer 2026

Elista, one of India’s fastest-growing home appliance brands under the TeknoDome Group, launched Elista Snowstorm series of air coolers on March 18, 2026, ahead of what is shaping up to be another punishing summer across the subcontinent. The lineup spans four models — from a compact personal cooler to a large-capacity desert cooler — priced between ₹10,999 and ₹25,999.

What the Snowstorm Series Brings to the Table

All four models share a common feature foundation: three-side honeycomb cooling pads, ice chambers for an extra cooling boost, automatic vertical louvers for better air distribution, water level indicators, and caster wheels for easy repositioning. Inverter compatibility is standard across the lineup — a genuinely important spec in a country where power cuts during peak summer are a near-daily reality in many states. If the cooler can run on a home inverter without tripping it, that’s the difference between sleeping comfortably and sweating through the night.

The Snowstorm 110, 90, and 65 are desert coolers built for large living rooms, open halls, and semi-commercial spaces — the 45-foot air throw covers a substantial area without the cold zone dropping off at the edges. The Snowstorm 50, with its 50L tank and 25-foot throw, fits the bedroom-or-study use case more cleanly, with the added benefit of an 18-month warranty on the submersible pump on top of the standard 1-year motor warranty.

Made in India, Built for Indian Summers

Elista manufactures the Snowstorm range at its Industry 4.0-enabled facility in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh — a fully automated plant that supports both quality control and faster market responsiveness. For a brand that only launched in 2020, the combination of a 650+ distributor network, presence in 20,000+ retail outlets, and a domestic manufacturing base is a credible foundation for competing in a segment dominated by legacy names.

The Snowstorm series is now available across leading consumer electronics stores and retail outlets nationwide. For more home appliance launches and tech coverage, head over to TechnoSports’ tech section.
