Citroen C3 Electric vehicle details

Citroen India has shown the first teaser for their impending electric car based on the C3 hatchback. The company’s first electric vehicle to be produced in India will be known as the Citroen C3 Electric and will be given that name. Even though the automaker has not yet made many announcements, the teaser promises that additional information will be made available soon.

A number of more teasers are anticipated from the corporation over the coming weeks, with the official revelation most likely to occur in January 2023. The Citroen C3-based EV will actually be introduced in India before March 2023, as we exclusively revealed to you.

The all-electric eC3 will likely be positioned as a high-end hatchback like the normal C3. In fact, we have already seen a number of spy pictures of the EV, the most recent of which was taken last month when the vehicle was photographed being charged at an unknown charging station close to Pune, Maharashtra.

The photo only displayed the rear of the Citroen C3 Electric, which resembled the gasoline-powered C3 very much. The car was not covered in any camouflage. The technical details of the EV are currently unknown, therefore we don’t think it’s appropriate to make any assumptions.

Although it would be positioned in a category directly below the Tata Nexon EV but above the Tiago EV, we would anticipate that the Citroen C3 Electric would be one of best priced EVs on the market. The automobile ought to compete with the anticipated Tata Punch EV.

The Tata Tiago EV, which starts at Rs. 8.49 lakh, is now the most reasonably priced electric passenger car in India (ex-showroom, Delhi). The C3 should cost more because it is a larger vehicle, with prices starting at roughly Rs. 10–12 lakh.
