Strategic Expansion and Market Ambitions
The investment in Vajram Electric is scheduled for phased deployment, focusing on automation, capacity expansion, and systems integration. This is intended to boost production capacity, meet growing domestic demand, and develop export-ready manufacturing capabilities.
EBG Group’s operations are supported by a growing national supply chain network, which includes logistics hubs in Ludhiana, Pune, and Ahmedabad, with an additional facility in Manesar expected to become operational soon. This network complements a multi-channel distribution strategy that combines e-commerce with an expanding offline retail footprint.
The expansion aligns with broader national efforts to strengthen India’s domestic manufacturing and electric vehicle (EV) ecosystems. By leveraging its integrated, multi-brand platform, EBG Group projects capturing approximately 10% of India’s EV manufacturing market over the next five years.
