EBG Group officially opened Vajram Electric, a centralized manufacturing, assembly, and distribution facility in Hyderabad on May 27, 2026. The new hub is projected to create over 450 direct and indirect jobs while serving as the production backbone for 11 of the company’s business verticals, spanning electric mobility, rehabilitation technology, consumer electronics, construction, F&B infrastructure, and sustainable hospitality.

The project commenced with an initial investment of ₹25 crore. The facility, initially 25,000 square feet, is slated for expansion to 50,000 square feet within the next year. This development is part of EBG Group’s manufacturing-led growth strategy, aiming to enhance domestic production capabilities and integrated supply chains within India.

Operational Scope and Investment

Vajram Electric will function as a unified production and logistics platform for EBG Group’s diverse portfolio. Brands supported by the facility include ACER Mobility, ebikeGo, Hard Rock, Nonstop Mobility & Rehab Store, Mexple (Nonstop), Whill Mobility, Nuvun Pods, Daewoo Appliances, Brillen Space Engineering, Adhira & Appa Coffee, and Tarzan Nature Retreat. The facility, located on Hyderabad’s Outer Ring Road, is designed for scalability and efficiency in production and warehousing.

Dr. Irfan Khan, Founder of [EBG Group](https://www.ebggroup.com), stated, “Vajram Electric represents a strategic step towards building a manufacturing-led growth engine. By centralizing our manufacturing, assembly, and distribution operations, we aim to enhance speed, efficiency, and consistency, enabling us to compete effectively in both Indian and global markets.”

Hari Kiran, Co-founder, added that integrating manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution under one framework is expected to improve operational control, optimize costs, and reduce turnaround times. He also highlighted the facility’s commitment to “zero-waste manufacturing,” embedding sustainability into its core operations.

Strategic Expansion and Market Ambitions

The investment in Vajram Electric is scheduled for phased deployment, focusing on automation, capacity expansion, and systems integration. This is intended to boost production capacity, meet growing domestic demand, and develop export-ready manufacturing capabilities.

EBG Group’s operations are supported by a growing national supply chain network, which includes logistics hubs in Ludhiana, Pune, and Ahmedabad, with an additional facility in Manesar expected to become operational soon. This network complements a multi-channel distribution strategy that combines e-commerce with an expanding offline retail footprint.

The expansion aligns with broader national efforts to strengthen India’s domestic manufacturing and electric vehicle (EV) ecosystems. By leveraging its integrated, multi-brand platform, EBG Group projects capturing approximately 10% of India’s EV manufacturing market over the next five years.
