What Makes the Osmo Pocket 3 Different

The Osmo Pocket 3 puts a 1-inch CMOS sensor and a three-axis mechanical gimbal into a body small enough for a jacket pocket. DJI says the sensor helps in low light, such as night views and sunsets, and the gimbal keeps footage steady while you walk, dance or hike.

A 2-inch touchscreen rotates so you can switch between horizontal and vertical framing without changing how you hold the camera. That is handy for creators who post both to YouTube and to Reels or Shorts. You can read more about the company on DJI.

Tracking, Focus and Who It Suits

ActiveTrack 6.0 keeps a chosen subject centred in the frame, so you can set the camera on a tripod and move around. The listing also highlights fast, accurate focusing for action shots.

With more than 10,000 ratings the page has plenty of buyer feedback, so it is worth reading recent reviews on battery life, audio quality and any accessories you may need, such as a mic or a case.

Who Should Buy It, and Who Should Skip

It suits vloggers, travellers and family-event shooters who want steady 4K video without carrying a bulky rig. Skip it if you need interchangeable lenses, a large screen, or you already own a recent flagship phone that you are happy to shoot with.
