About Siruthai Siva — The Mass Director

Siruthai Siva is one of Tamil cinema’s most celebrated commercial directors, known for delivering raw, high-energy mass entertainers. His most recent film was Kanguva, starring Suriya, a fantasy action drama that linked a 2024 bounty hunter to a fierce tribal warrior from the year 1070. Though the film underperformed at the box office, Siva’s command over large-scale action storytelling remains undisputed.

A Dhanush–Siva combo in a rural action setting? That’s a recipe Tamil audiences have been dreaming about.

Dhanush’s Packed Lineup Right Now

Dhanush is anything but idle. He was last seen in the lead role in Kara, an action thriller set in Ramanathapuram in 1991, following a reformed thief who returns to a life of crime to reclaim his ancestral land. The film received mixed-to-positive reviews and is expected to stream on Netflix soon.

His next big release, D55, also features Mammootty, Sreeleela, and Sai Pallavi — and you can catch all the latest updates on TechnoSports. Beyond that, Dhanush has also confirmed a collaboration with director Mari Selvaraj on a grand period action venture.
