Three weeks in, and Dhamaal 4 is still chugging along at a respectable pace. Ajay Devgn’s comedy is proving to have more staying power than expected, even as Spider-Man: Brand New Day looms large on the horizon.
Dhamaal 4: Overview
| Detail | Figures |
|---|---|

| Week 3 Cume (4 days) | Rs 13.50 crore |
| Overall Running Total | Rs 147 crore |
| Projected Week 3 Finish | ~Rs 17.50 crore |
| Projected Lifetime | ~Rs 160 crore |
| Director | Indra Kumar |
A Good Hold Despite the Dip
Dhamaal 4 collected Rs 1.50 crore on its third Monday, down 33% from the third Friday but showing a healthy 50% drop compared to the previous Monday — a solid hold for a film in its third week. That’s brought its cumulative total to Rs 147 crore nett at the Indian box office.
On Track to Beat Welcome To The Jungle
The film is expected to close this week around Rs 17.50 crore, pushing its total slightly past the Rs 150 crore mark. Current trends suggest a final theatrical run around Rs 160 crore, putting it ahead of Akshay Kumar’s Welcome To The Jungle, which had largely wrapped up its run by the time Dhamaal 4 released. That said, its final numbers will depend on how well it holds up against the incoming wave from Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

A Solid Year for Bollywood Hits
While Dhamaal 4 didn’t quite reach the blockbuster heights it seemed capable of after its opening weekend, it still qualifies as a Clean HIT — and notably, the fourth hit of the year for Bollywood, following Border 2, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and Bhooth Bangla. With three of these being franchise films, talk of “franchise fatigue” from last year appears to be fading.
