Destiny 2 Expansions Forsaken And Shadowkeep Are both now Available On Xbox Game Pass

The world of Destiny 2 persists to grow. It has greatly expanded for Xbox Game Pass Subscribers as both Destiny 2 Expansions- Forsaken, and Shadowkeep is now available on Xbox Game Pass.

In these two groundbreaking Destiny 2 expansions, players will venture on an expedition to unveil the mysteries in the Dreaming City and face the evil that has stirred on the Moon. You, as a Guardian, have to protect the last of humanity and to face off the darkness.

Destiny 2: Forsaken

It is one of the major and the third expansion for Destiny 2. It focuses on Prince Uldren Sov, and his sister, Queen Mara Sov. Both thought to have died at the onset of the Taken War three years prior, but Uldren believes that she is still alive and thus embarks on a journey to find his sister and got corrupted by darkness. In a high-stakes prison escape, Uldren and his eight Barons kill legendary Hunter, Cayde-6, and unleashed disarray across the Reef.

You as a player’s Guardian, seeking to avenge the death of Cayde-6 by the hands of Prince Uldren Sov. You’ll venture into a new frontier filled with adversaries, allies, untold mysteries, and treasures waiting to be unveiled.

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is the fourth expansion and the first major expansion to be published independently by Bungie after acquiring publishing rights for the series from Activision.

The story sees the return of Eris Morn, who had been missing since the events of Destiny 2‘s base campaign. Due to her curiosity, she awakens new Nightmares from an ancient evil that once slumbered beneath the Lunar surface. Now she seeks the help of the Guardian in defeating the Nightmares. 

These two expansions add new story missions, weapons, planets, and many more to Destiny 2. It will let you level up your guardians to a much higher Light level. A new DLC, Destiny 2: Beyond Light, is coming on Xbox Game Pass along with the release of Xbox Series X|S i.e. on November 10.
