CyberPowerPC Powers ApeCity: India’s New Hub for Elite Esports

In a landmark collaboration set to revolutionise the Indian esports landscape, global custom gaming PC leader CyberPowerPC has partnered with Indian esports organisation Orangutan to power ApeCity—a brand-new esports arena in Navi Mumbai. This partnership brings cutting-edge gaming rigs to the heart of India’s gaming community, offering competitive players, streamers, and casual gamers access to world-class hardware and an immersive gaming environment.

ApeCity: A Dream Space for India’s Gaming Community

Nestled in Navi Mumbai, ApeCity is more than just an esports arena—it’s a dedicated space designed to nurture and grow India’s gaming ecosystem. For many grassroots gamers, ApeCity will be their first encounter with high-end PC gaming setups, thanks to CyberPowerPC India’s top-tier systems. This initiative not only showcases the power of premium gaming rigs but also provides an ideal environment for players to practice, improve, and dream bigger.

Why This Partnership Matters for Indian Esports

As India gears up to compete in major international esports events like the Asian Games and the Olympic Esports Games, the need for access to high-performance gaming hardware has never been greater. Titles such as League of Legends and Naraka Bladepoint featured at the Asian Games demand powerful PCs to compete at the highest level. However, not every aspiring gamer can afford such setups.

CyberPowerPC India’s collaboration with Orangutan bridges this gap by offering gamers access to elite-level technology without the financial burden. This move empowers raw talent with the infrastructure needed to thrive on the global stage.

What CyberPowerPC India’s COO Has to Say

Vishal Parekh, Chief Operating Officer of CyberPowerPC India, emphasizes the importance of infrastructure and community in esports growth:

“To grow the PC gaming ecosystem and truly prepare for global stages like the Olympic Esports Games, EWC, or the Asian Games, India needs more than just ambition. We need infrastructure, opportunity, and community. Not every gamer can buy a high-end rig, which is why this partnership with Orangutan is so important. Through ApeCity, we’re not only offering top-tier hardware but also scouting talent and providing a real platform where they can thrive.”

Whether it’s competitive tournaments, content creation, or casual gaming, CyberPowerPC aims to provide an optimised environment that helps Indian gamers push their limits and reach their full potential.

More Than Just PCs: ApeCity’s All-Inclusive Gaming Experience

ApeCity isn’t just about high-performance PCs. The arena also features:

• Nine PlayStations for console enthusiasts
• A state-of-the-art Sim Racing setup for racing fans
• A Watchparty and Live Screening Zone to catch major esports tournaments
• Chug and Chow by ApeCity, an in-house café designed as a community hub to relax, connect, and recharge

This holistic approach makes ApeCity a vibrant, welcoming space for all kinds of gamers.

Orangutan’s Vision: Building a Community-Driven Esports Future

Yash Bhanushali, Founder of Orangutan and ApeCity, shares his passion for creating a space where gamers can grow and thrive:

Their commitment to performance and empowering gamers aligns perfectly with our vision. With their high-end rigs powering our arena, we’re making elite-level infrastructure accessible to everyone, whether you’re a casual gamer, a rising star, or someone chasing big dreams in esports.”

Steam also reported a 150% increase in new Indian users between 2019 and 2024, highlighting the rapid adoption of PC gaming.

CyberPowerPC India’s partnership with Orangutan reflects its commitment to supporting this growth by providing not just hardware but also opportunities for gamers to excel.
