Naga Chaitanya Akkineni has appeared in Telugu-Tamil bilingual action-drama film, ‘Custody’, The film has been directed by leading filmmaker Venkat Prabhu and is getting ready for release this summer. The film is a highly anticipated one, especially for Chay fans, since the actor is making his debut in a Tamil film.
While promotional activities have already kicked off in full swing, the makers have decided to tease the audience with a glimpse of the film. The teaser of this action entertainer, co-starring Krithi Shetty and Arvind Swamy, hit the tube recently.
The teaser of Custody starts with Naga Chaitanya’s voiceover saying, ‘a wounded heart can push a man to any extent. The video also showcased glimpses of high-octane stunts in the film as a man vows to remain in pursuit of truth and justice. In fact, the teaser also contains a passing glimpse of Krithi Shetty who too is seen kicking some ass in the film. Arvind Swami features an intense character whereas it seems that Sarathkumar is essaying the character of a cop. Besides them, Custody also stars Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premgi Amaren, Vennela Kishore, and Premi Vishwanath, among others.
A source close to the film opened up about the making of the teaser saying, “The genius Venkat Prabhu who always opts for novel stories is coming up with yet another first-of-its-kind concept. Without disclosing much about the plotline, the teaser is to literally leave the audiences intrigued about what’s coming next.”
While talking about the team of Custody, we had earlier revealed that it includes SR Kathir as the cinematographer whereas Maestro Ilaiyaraaja and Little Maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja have composed the music for the film, including the background score. Dialogues are by Abburi Ravi whereas Rajeevan is the production designer and DY Satyanarayana is the art director. The film is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen with high production values and technical standards, which can be noticeable in the teaser.
