It has not been many days since Apple has launched its first 5G iPhone series, iPhone 12 series. But recently, a complaint arises regarding the 5G connectivity of the iPhone 12 series in the US. It is said by the users that the iPhones are losing connectivity while using 5G networks. Most of the cases have found in the United States and are on the Verizon or AT&T networks. Apart from it, one of them claims to be in Australia.
Like this is the very first 5G compatible iPhone series from Apple and people have started complaining about it that the iPhones of the iPhone 12 series spontaneously drop the 5G signals as well as losing all the bars of the network, lays down and has the 4 dots at the top and a notification pops out that reads “Your iPhone is not Activated”. The most annoying thing is that users get this problem even in high signal area and still never trying to reconnect by itself.
This problem may be arrived because of switching the service between the cell towers, like 5G connectivity to 4G/LTE. At the time of switching, the device may lose is 5G signals and consequences arose. As of now, there are not such proper fixes for this problem. Though, some common fixes are there such as turning airplane mode on and off. But those fixes are temporary as the problem will arise again and again. Basically, none of the fixes are reported to work in others.
