OPPO has already confirmed that the latest version of the ColorOS will be officially unveiled in China somewhere between mid to late September. OPPO is yet to officially reveal the exact launch date for the ColorOS 12, but the company is likely to unveil the latest version of its custom Android overlay towards the end of September.
Now, the company is teasing the features of the new software. The official microblog of OPPO ColorOS is warming up for ColorOS 12. The internal codename of the ColorOS 12 was also revealed through a post by the official Weibo account of ColorOS. The official ColorOS 12 internal code name is Da Vinci, a tribute to the all-around genius that is unique in human history.
We know that Leonardo da Vinci was not only an outstanding painter, but also proficient in technology, science, and other disciplines. So ColorOS uses Da Vinci as its internal code name to suggest that the new oppo software will be an all-around OS.
According to the information previously revealed, ColorOS 12 will bring a new UI and cross-platform interactions. It is reported that the new oppo software not only supports cross-screen interconnection function but also reaches the first echelon in terms of functionality and fluency.
ColorOS 12 not only supports the mobile side and the computer side close to the instant connection interaction but also has cross-device transfer and edit files, photo screenshot fast synchronization, sharing clipboard, message synchronization processing, and other features, the function can be described as practical all-around OS.
