Celtic v AC Milan Match Preview, Prediction, Timings, Lineups, Teams, and How to Watch

Glasgow is buzzing. Celtic Park hosts one of the summer’s biggest friendlies as Celtic take on Serie A giants AC Milan — and honestly, this feels bigger than a warm-up game. Fresh off a league-winning campaign, Martin O’Neill’s Hoops get a proper litmus test against Rúben Amorim’s Rossoneri before Milan jet off for their Australia-Indonesia tour.

Celtic v AC Milan: Match Details

Form Guide

Celtic ended their title-winning season on a six-match winning run, hammering in 15 goals along the way — a statement of intent under O’Neill. Milan’s run-in was patchier: wins over Verona and Genoa mixed with defeats to Sassuolo and Atalanta, finishing fifth in Serie A. Christian Pulisic was their standout, bagging 10 league goals.

Prediction

On current form, Celtic look sharper and more settled, but pre-season friendlies rarely follow league logic — squad rotation and fitness-building often outweigh results. Expect a competitive, open contest, with a narrow scoreline either way or a draw.

How to Watch

The match streams live exclusively on CelticPlayer, the club’s official service — there’s no confirmed traditional UK TV broadcast this time. For more pre-season fixture breakdowns and live match trackers, check out TechnoSports for continuous coverage.
