Boltt, a new smartphone brand operating under Fire-Boltt, has announced the establishment of over 250 service centers across India, operational from the launch of its first smartphones. The initiative aims to provide accessible repair and warranty support to consumers, leveraging Fire-Boltt’s existing service infrastructure.
The company plans to expand its service network to between 350 and 400 centers nationwide within the next six to eight months. Additionally, Boltt is exploring the introduction of doorstep service options in the future.
Boltt: Service Network Details and Support Mechanisms
The initial network of service centers covers major metropolitan areas and other key markets, including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, and Guwahati. Customers can visit these centers for assistance with device repair, replacements, and software diagnostics, subject to applicable warranty terms. Services include component-level repairs.

Complementing its physical infrastructure, Boltt is introducing “Boltt Care,” a dedicated support platform integrated directly into its smartphones. This platform allows users to initiate service requests and connect with the company’s support team and live agents. Further support channels include email, WhatsApp, and phone.
Arnav Kishore, Founder & CEO of Boltt (https://www.boltt.com/), stated, “As we enter the smartphone category with models like the Evo and Ace 5G, our strategy focuses on building consumer trust through responsive support. This network underscores our long-term commitment to the market.”
The development of a widespread service infrastructure is a strategic move by Boltt as it prepares to enter the competitive Indian smartphone market, aiming to ensure customer support as its user base grows.
